A typical single-family home installation takes 1–3 days depending on the number of openings and complexity. We schedule a free on-site assessment first, then order your custom-sized products (lead time 2–6 weeks). Once materials arrive, our crew works efficiently to minimize disruption, protects your floors and furniture, and cleans up thoroughly before leaving. Larger commercial or multi-unit projects are scheduled in phases with a dedicated project manager.
Yes. Every window and door we install carries a valid Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) and/or Florida Product Approval. We provide the approval documentation, design pressure (DP) ratings, and product labels for every opening so your permit, inspection, and insurance wind-mitigation credit all go through without issue. We never install products that are merely 'similar' to an approved assembly.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 10 years to lifetime on glass and frames, depending on the brand), and our installation workmanship is backed by our own guarantee. We also assist with any future service needs — broken hardware, seal issues, or adjustments — long after the install is complete. Keep your approval paperwork and invoice; you'll need both for warranty claims and insurance.
OUR TEAM IS READY TO HELP YOU CHOOSE THE RIGHT IMPACT PROTECTION FOR YOUR PROPERTY.
